GC Gold Label 1 / Fuji I Luting Glass Ionomer Cement (GIC) is a self-cured, radiopaque dental material designed for the final cementation of various restorations. This powder-liquid system provides strong chemical adhesion to both tooth structure and metal, ensuring reliable and enduring restorations.
This GIC is indicated for the permanent cementation of metal or porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns, bridges, and inlays. It is also suitable for the cementation of stainless steel crowns, orthodontic appliances retained with stainless steel crowns, and orthodontic bands. Additionally, it can be utilized effectively as a base or liner.
The cement is formulated to be biocompatible, contributing to patient safety and comfort. It exhibits a low film thickness of approximately 15 microns, which facilitates precise seating of restorations and minimizes occlusal interference.
